Common questions
Is HL7 enabled for every clinic?
No — the Interop Hub is opt-in and off by default. Only clinics with an active partner connection send or receive HL7 messages.
Which HL7 message types are supported?
v1.5 covers ADT (A01/A03/A04/A08), ORM^O01, ORU^R01, SIU^S12, and RAS^O17 — extensible via partner profiles.
Is NABIDH supported?
Yes — NABIDH (Dubai DHA) ships as a partner pack with strict profile validation and SIT tooling. Malaffi (Abu Dhabi) and NPHIES (Saudi Arabia) profiles are supported via the generic HL7 hub and partner packs.
Can each branch use different gateways?
Payment integrations are per clinic tenant; branches share configuration unless you operate separate tenants.
Do you have a public API?
Yes — see /open-api for route groups and authentication. Enterprise clinics can request expanded scopes.
