Patient Portal

Portal overview

The patient portal is at clinit.app/portal. Patients authenticate with their registered mobile number using a 6-digit OTP.

Features available to patients:

• View upcoming and past appointments
• Book new appointments (slot availability shown in real time)
• View prescriptions and download as PDF
• View lab results
• View and pay invoices (via Paymob — Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, wallets)
• Sign consent forms digitally
• Message the clinic
• View full medical history summary
• Download vaccination records as PDF (pediatrics)

The portal is fully branded with your clinic name and logo.

Guardian access

For pediatric patients under 18, guardians manage the portal:

1. Add the guardian in Patient Profile > Guardians > + Add Guardian.
2. Enter their name, relationship, and mobile number.
3. The guardian logs into the portal with their own mobile — a patient list shows all linked children.
4. They can book, view records, and pay invoices for each child.

Guardians can be removed or have access revoked at any time from the patient profile.

Multi-clinic portal access

Patients registered at more than one Clinit clinic can switch between them without logging out:

1. In the portal, tap the clinic name in the header.
2. A list of all linked clinics appears.
3. Tap to switch — the portal reloads with that clinic branding and the patient records at that clinic.

Each clinic data is completely separate. Switching clinics does not share clinical records between them.
